Common symptoms of herpes in men include one or more blisters on the penis, testicles or around the anus, thighs or buttocks. The initial outbreak of herpes blisters is considered extremely painful and this condition can be recurring several times.

• Syphilis:-
Syphilis is known as most dangerous sexually transmitted disease as it is associated with Life threatening HIV. It raises the risk of developing HIV when infected with syphilis. Syphilis is one kind of bacterial STD and it spreads through oral, anal or vaginal sex. The symptoms of this infection have four different phases. Hence, extremely small, firm, painless sore, swollen lymph nodes are most common symptoms primary syphilis in men. Whereas, they symptoms of secondary syphilis includes swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, tiredness, headache, skin rashes particularly on soles of feet and on palms of hand. The skin rashes disappeared on its own after short period. But there are some cases in which people reached to forth stage also if this infection is not treated on time. In last stage syphilis can induce severe complication such as damage to the heart, bones, joints, liver, nervous system brain and other various parts of the body. Besides these in forth stage if it left untreated it can even contributes to numbness, paralysis, dementia, blindness and even result in death as well.

• Gonorrhea:-
It is a bacterial infection and it affects to throat, anus and urethra. It is spread due to contact with an infected partner and it transmitted through anal, oral or vaginal sex. Most often it does not carry any symptoms. But commonly observe symptoms includes pain while urinating, swollen testicles and green, yellow or white discharge through penis. These symptoms of STDs take around 2-30 days to buildup after initial infection. If these symptoms are not treated on time further contributes to epididymytis. This medical condition is known to be severe condition of the testicle ducts and that result in infertility in men.

• Chlaymydia:-
The bacteria called Chlamydia trachomatics are responsible for causing Chlamydia STDs. According to research this infection is highly notice in American men. The person suffering from this infection may includes symptoms like swollen testicles, burning sensation while urinating and penile discharge, itching and burning around the penis. These symptoms develop within 1-3 weeks after initial infection. This infection is transmitted through anal, oral and vaginal sex when person has infected with chlaymydia.

• Hepatitis B:-
It is one type of hepatitis and it occurs due to hepatitis B virus (HBV). This virus induces severe inflammation of the liver. One can affected with hepatitis by coming in touch with a blood or bodily fluids of a person who is infected by the virus. Most people infected with hepatitis B always do not carry symptoms. If the symptoms does not treated on time it damages liver severely. The list of common symptoms of hepatitis B includes vomiting, nausea, and loss of appetite, low grade fever, jaundice, feeling lethargic, muscle, joint pain and aches.
