Potato:-

 Potato is known to have rich source of natural bleaching properties. This is because it is extremely beneficial for lightening patches, blemishes, pigmentation and darkened skin as well. Thus cut a potato into thin slices and put them on the affected are for 20-30 minutes. Another option is mix fuller’s earth and tomato juice, and then apply on face. Both remedies are very effective and can help you to get rid of pigmented areas, dark spots and blemishes.

Cucumber:-

This is another effective remedy that treats skin pigmentation. Cucumber juice helps efficiently in reducing skin pigmentation, fading freckles and blemishes. Hence take 1 tbsp of cucumber juice, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Then mix all these ingredients together and apply on the face in order to get desired results.

Lemon:-

 Lemon acts as a natural bleaching agent and helps in removing dark blemishes from face. Mix 1 tbsp of turmeric and lemon juice then apply it on the affected area and leave for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash it off with lukewarm water and repeat the same until pigmented area clears.

Onion:-

Onion also plays same role as like lemon and treats skin pigmentation efficiently. You can apply onion on face either in small slice form or juice form on affected area. Onion assists as an extracting agent because it naturally holds peeling extract and promotes a cell turnover, which in turn reduces damaging of the skin.

Aloe vera:-

Soothing and healing properties of aloe vera offer host of benefits for skin as it treats pigmented skin, clears dark spots and blemishes.  It removes older skin cells and ensures glowing, rejuvenating skin. Simply extract the gel from aloe vera and apply on affected area. Another option is vitamin E tablets. Add 1-2 vitamin E tablets in your regimen but after consulting your physician only in order to enhance efficacy.

Avocado:-

This sweet and delicious fruits contains an abundant source of vitamin C and enzyme present in this fruits helps in reducing pigmentation. Simply mash this fruit properly and make a fine paste, then apply that paste on the affected area. Follow this simple remedy until you get positive results.

 Banana and guava:-

The lycopene content present in guava and the exfoliating properties of banana contributes to skin lightening. The combination both sweet fruit considered beneficial in treating skin pigmentation. Mix the pulp of guava and banana together then apply that paste on the affected area. Finally, after 20-30 minutes rinse it off with warm water. Follow this remedy on daily basis to get best result.

Vinegar:-

It has great source of skin lightening as well as astringent properties. Making a vinegar rinse is the best option to obtain its benefits. As a result, mix vinegar with equal amount of water and use this diluted solution to wash face regularly. But remember that never wash with plain water after using this solution.

Tomato, oatmeal and yogurt:-

Tomato and yogurt has excellent natural bleaching properties.  Oatmeal offers various effective scrubbing effects. When these three ingredients are mixed together, works wonderfully in order to get rid of pigmentation. Mix 2 tbsp of oatmeal and ½ tbsp of yogurt in tomato juice then apply the mixture on the affected area and leave it until 20 minutes.

Green papaya:-

Application of paste of green papaya works wonderfully in treatment of skin pigmentation. The enzyme called papain present in papaya exfoliates and cleanses the skin and therefore eases skin pigmentation.

 Mint leaves:-

Grind few mint leaves then mix little water to make a fine paste. In order to lessen dark pigmentation applies the paste on the melanin spots and washes it off after 15-20 minutes.

Cocoa butter:-

It promotes blood circulation and prevents skin dryness. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter on daily basis. This remedy is beneficial as it prevent hyperpigmentation.
